As our trusted courier and delivery driver, Doug ensures that all deliveries are made on time and with a friendly smile. His warm demeanor and commitment to excellent service represent the company well as he interacts with clients and the community. Doug enjoys being part of our friendly staff and values the opportunity to connect with others in the community.

Outside of work, Doug enjoys spending time with his family, attending church, playing golf, and competing in euchre. His dependable nature and positive attitude make him an important part of the First Impression team.

Return/Refund Policy

Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If payment was made by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card. Please contact us to discuss any necessary return or refund.

Delivery Standards

Orders are shipped by UPS, FedEx, USPS, or private courier. We will alert you to the planned shipping method and timeframe. If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
